If you read my previous post you know I kept my toothpick high school weight for well over 20 years after high school while eating humongous amounts of daily calories.
So then what happened?
A lady came into my office one day and said something I never ever heard before: “hey you’ve put on some weight.” Huh? Really? I couldn’t believe it.
It was true I was putting on weight.
For the first time in my life I started worring about caloric intake and I even stared reducing them. The result…
I got heavier.
I got more serious about my caloric intake and began watching what I ate at every single meal and for the first time in my life…
I swelled up. Me the toothpick. I BECAME FAT.
I was now eating a very small fraction of what I was eating when I was skinny and I was getting fatter and fatter and fatter.
People would see me and think I was a pig that needed to take the fork out of my mouth and get a life.
It was the opposite when I was skinny I was a pig that couldn’t take the fork out of my mouth. I ate massive amounts of calories.
I didn’t know the meaning of hunger because I would just eat.
While I was fat I was going around hungry all the time because I was eating a very very small fraction of what I used to eat when I was skinny.
This completely debunks the calorie theory.
CALORIE CONSUMPTION HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH FAT CONTENT
WHEN I WAS STUFFING MY FACE LIKE A COMPLETE HOG I COULDN’T PUT ON AN OUNCE.
